🌍 FREE SHIPPING TO EVERY COUNTRY

We ship from our workshop in Boujad (Bejaad), Morocco, to customers all over the world: Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and beyond. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount.

🛃 CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES INCLUDED

For all international orders, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price and paid by us (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

✅ If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for a payment on an international order, do not pay it: contact us first at info@marrakeshshop.com and we will settle it.

📦 PREPARATION

Each rug is checked, cleaned, rolled and packed by hand in our workshop. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, public holidays, weather or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If your rug has not arrived within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

🔎 TRACKING

As soon as your rug ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

📍 DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your full address and phone number at checkout; the carrier may call you to arrange delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, a refused delivery or a parcel not collected, a new shipment may be charged.

⚠️ DAMAGED OR LOST PARCEL

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the rug and contact us within 48 hours. If your parcel does not arrive, contact us and we open an investigation with the carrier. Either way, you will receive a replacement or a full refund.
