1. THE SELLER
marrakeshshop.com (Marrakesh Shop) is operated by Cooperative TORATH BOUJAD (تعاونية تراث بوجعد), a registered cooperative in Morocco managed by Saadi Badreddine. The cooperative sells all products and is responsible for orders, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service and disputes.

2. PAYMENT COLLECTION
Payments made through Shopify Payments are collected on behalf of the seller by Saadi Mohammed, self-employed individual (autónomo) registered in Spain · NIF: Z1510447L · ____________, Spain.
He only collects payments. He does not sell products and does not handle orders, shipping, returns or disputes. He refunds customers without delay when the seller instructs him to. His name may appear on your bank statement.
3. SCOPE
These terms apply to all purchases on marrakeshshop.com by customers in any country. By placing an order, you accept them.
4. OUR RUGS
Authentic Moroccan rugs made by hand from natural wool by artisans of Boujad and the Atlas Mountains: hand-knotted Boujad, Beni Ourain and Azilal rugs, and flat-woven Kilims. Each rug is one of a kind; small variations in colour, pattern and size (up to 3–5%) are normal, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. If a rug becomes unavailable after your order, we offer you another rug or a full refund.
5. PRICES & CURRENCIES
Prices are shown in your local currency based on your country. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Prices include free shipping and, for international orders, customs duties and import taxes. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
6. PAYMENT
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal and the local payment methods shown at checkout for your country. Payment is taken when you place your order. Any chargeback or payment dispute is handled by the seller. You can request an invoice at info@marrakeshshop.com.
7. ORDERING
Choose your rug, add it to your cart, enter your details, check them and pay. You then receive an order confirmation by email, which concludes the contract. Contracts are concluded in English, French or Arabic, depending on the language you use on our website.
8. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-made rugs are not sold on this website. They are ordered on our Etsy shop (https://marrakeshshopcom.etsy.com), under Etsy's terms and our Etsy shop policies.
9. SHIPPING
Free shipping to every country, with customs duties and import taxes included for international orders. Preparation: 1–3 business days. Delivery: about 2–4 business days to Europe and 3–7 business days to the rest of the world (DHL Express / FedEx Express), and 1–3 business days in Morocco (CTM). See our Shipping Policy.
10. RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to return your rug, wherever you live. You can start a return with the "Withdraw from contract here" button on our website, by email, or with the model form. The customer pays return shipping and any customs fees charged in Morocco on the returned parcel, except when the rug is damaged, defective or wrong. See our Return & Refund Policy.
11. LEGAL GUARANTEE & CONSUMER RIGHTS
These terms do not limit the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence (for example, the legal guarantee of at least 2 years in the EU and 3 years in Spain, the UK Consumer Rights Act, or the Australian Consumer Law). The natural variations described in section 4 are not defects.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photos, videos, texts and designs on this website belong to Marrakesh Shop and may not be used without written permission.
14. COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW
For any complaint, write to info@marrakeshshop.com. The seller handles all complaints and always looks for a friendly solution first. These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, including the right to go to the courts of your country where your law allows it.
