These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") govern all transactions carried out on BoujadHeritage.com. Placing an order on the site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Products & Availability

BoujadHeritage.com offers handmade artisanal items, specializing in authentic Moroccan rugs and traditional crafts produced by Nassij Cooperative – Boujad Heritage. As each piece is unique and handcrafted, slight variations in design or dimensions may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment can be made via:

Prices are displayed and processed in Euros (€).

5. Shipping & Delivery

🚚 Morocco: Delivery is handled by specialized local carriers. A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched.

🌍 International (USA, Europe, and beyond): Shipping is handled by specialized carriers with tracking provided. Delivery times vary by destination country.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before final order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return a product in case of non-conformity or dissatisfaction.

The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.

A refund or exchange will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by Nassij Cooperative – Boujad Heritage.
